Discounted Early Online Registration is Open for the
49th Annual Meeting in Baltimore, Maryland!
Online registrations are being accepted at the discounted early online rate of $595 for members or $795 for non-members until May 17, 2013. Faxed and mailed registrations are available at the standard registration rate using the official printed brochure and registration form.
A Guide to Using ACLEA's Online Registration
To register online as an ACLEA member, please log-in here first and then select the "Online Store" menu tab.
Once you have logged into the site as a member and are in the "Online Store" area, click on the product "ACLEA's 49th Annual Meeting in Baltimore, MD - Aug. 3-6, 2013". Please proceed through the event registration wizard to complete the requested information. All sessions, luncheons and special events are listed in date & time order, so be sure to tab through each of the blue pages 1-7 listed at the top and/or along the bottom-left of the "Session Selection" page to select your materials type, and the workshops, tours, evening events and SIG luncheons you wish to attend for all 4 days BEFORE you click the 'NEXT' button at the bottom-right of the page. If you hit the 'NEXT' button too early you can use the 'PREVIOUS' button to return to the session selection page. (You can click 'MY AGENDA' near the top of the page to preview your selections.) After you have completed your session/event selections on all 7 pages, click the 'NEXT' button to continue to the confirmation screen. Here you can view the items you have selected. If you need to go back and make changes to your selections click 'PREVIOUS', otherwise click 'REGISTER NOW' to add the registration to your shopping cart for checkout. During checkout you can increase the quantity of the ticketed items (e.g. tour tickets) by entering in the number of tickets you desire next to the item, remove selected items, or add relevant discount codes. Make sure to click "Update Cart" if you change the quantity of an item! Be sure to RSVP for the Sunday evening ACLEA Reception and Tuesday night closing event if you plan to attend. These ticketed events are included in your conference registration but you must RSVP to attend. Tickets for guests are available for an additional fee.
Click "Check Out" and enter the appropriate payment information. You will receive two confirmation emails once your registration has been processed - one registration confirmation and one payment confirmation/receipt.
NOTE: ACLEA Clearwater Mid-Year Meeting attendees that qualified for the Clearwater hotel rebate coupon have been sent their discount coupon via email. Please enter your special discount code exactly as printed during checkout. If you are registering using an older ACLEA hotel or meeting coupon received from a different venue, please call ACLEA Headquarters at (512) 453-4340 BEFORE you checkout or submit your online registration.
If you are not already an ACLEA member, you must register with the site in order to purchase an event registration. To do this, follow the above directions for logging in and select "New Visitor Registration" from the login page. If you are not an ACLEA member and would like to become one to receive the discounted member registration rate, please add the item "Professional Member" to your cart FIRST, then click "Continue Shopping" and follow the above directions to complete your purchase. (The discounted member pricing for the event will be reflected once the event is added to the shopping cart with the membership dues.)
If you are using split payments to pay for your registration and optional ticketed events, please complete the registration process above for the event registration FIRST and complete that purchase with your preferred method of payment. Once you have completed the event registration, you may return to the Online Store to browse the individual session/events listed in order to select the optional events/lunches, etc. to add to your cart for your second method of credit card payment. Please do NOT select the main conference event registration a second time.
You must be logged-in to the individual's account that is being registered. Each conference registration should be processed in that individual's online ACLEA account unless you are only adding a spouse/guest registration or additional event tickets to your own registration.
If you prefer to register by fax or mail, you may still do so by downloading and submitting the printed registration form. Standard registration rates will apply.
