Join us in San Diego for our 51st Mid-Year Meeting

The ACLEA Mid-Year Meeting is an intimate and exciting way to make long-lasting relationships that exponentially expand your business, with approximately 200 CLE professionals typically attending each year.

With members hailing from the U.S., Canada, and abroad, the continuing legal education professionals who attend this meeting include programming planners, editors, publication staff, executive directors, and other key decision makers from various state and provincial bars, national bars, local and specialty bars, and independent CLE companies. ACLEA attendees are loyal; over half have been to at least four ACLEA conferences and continue to come back!

Exhibitors get more than five hours of time with attendees to connect and collaborate with future customers! The exhibit hall will be located in a vibrant, high traffic area with both breakfast and break stations available.The Saturday Welcome Reception will take place in the exhibit area with food, cocktails, and a relaxed atmosphere to encourage opportunities to engage with attendees.

Sponsor and Exhibitor applications are due January 12, 2015


Exhibitor registration includes access to the meeting and conference materials, plus admission to Sunday, Monday and Tuesday sessions, the Saturday Welcome Reception, and Monday night special event. CLE Boot Camp, post and preconference workshops, optional lunches and tours are separately priced. Exhibitor registrations are included with different exhibitor/sponsor levels.

Exhibitor representatives receive admission to the breakfasts, and breaks in the exhibit area, the Saturday Welcome Reception, and the Monday night special event.

Each exhibit company will receive a packet on-site that includes an ACLEA brochure, current attendee list, and an area map.

Both members and nonmembers need to log in to register for events. If you are a member, login here. If you are a nonmember, you need to create a record in the system; we will require your first and last name, organization, email, username and password. Login here.

Online registration requires credit card payment; ACLEA accepts American Express, Visa and Mastercard. If you want to pay by check, please download the form here. Payment is required prior to the event. If you want to join or renew your membership, please do so here or log into your profile to renew. Then return to register for the event. These will be two separate transactions. You can pay for both by downloading forms.

Registration and attendance at, or participation at association events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to association’s use and distribution of the registrant's or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Exhibit Space

The exhibit space will be located in the Regatta Pavilion of the Hyatt Mission Bay, San Diego and includes a 6’ table, a table linen, two chairs per table, and a wastebasket. Electricity and internet will not be provided. We will send further information on how to purchase these items through the hotel. We expect exhibit space to sell quickly. All sponsorship options will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum Plus, Platinum, and Gold sponsors can choose from one (1) option below.

*For an additional $4000, Platinum Sponsors may select one of the following options to upgrade to Platinum Plus

  1. Internet Sponsor: Provide free WiFi throughout the meeting. Includes a customizable log-in screen and a customized company password.
  2. Coffee Break Sponsor: Exclusive sponsorship for ONE break that includes choice of break during the meeting and signage at the beverage station.
  3. Welcome Reception Sponsor: Exclusive sponsorship wtih signage, optional door prize presentation at the Welcome Reception (sponsor provides door prize).
  1. Tote Bag: Exclusive sponsorship with name/logo on conference tote bag.
  2. Hotel Guest Room Key: Exclusive sponsorship with company logo on all conference attendee room keys.
  3. Lanyards and Registration Badges: Exclusive sponsorship and company name on all conference attendee name badges.
  1. Monday Night Special Event Transportation: Exclusive sponsorship of the transportation to the event. Includes company listing on event ticket and logo displayed in shuttle window.
  2. Conference Notepads: Exclusive sponsorship of workshop breakout session notepads.
  3. Tuesday Food Truck Lunch: Exclusive sponsorship and logo on food tickets.

Cancellation Policy

All special event & tour fee payments are nonrefundable after January 2, 2015. Registration refunds, less a $50 USD processing fee, will be given to registrants who cancel by 5:00 p.m. January 2, 2015. No refunds or transfers will be granted thereafter.
