Join us in Chicago for our 55th Annual Meeting

The ACLEA Annual Meeting is an intimate and exciting way to make long-lasting relationships that exponentially expand your business, with over 250 CLE professionals attending each year.

With members hailing from the U.S., Canada, and abroad, the continuing legal education professionals who attend this meeting include programming planners, editors, publication staff, executive directors, and other key decision makers from various state and provincial bars, national bars, local and specialty bars, and independent CLE companies. ACLEA attendees are loyal; over half have been to at least four ACLEA conferences and continue to come back!

All receptions and breaks will take place in the exhibit area with food, beverages, and a relaxed atmosphere to encourage opportunities to engage with attendees. Exhibitors get more than six hours of time during the conference to connect and collaborate with future customers!

Note: The show floor will remain open until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Exhibitors are asked to tear down booths any time between 11:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday.


Each exhibit booth representative pass includes access to the meeting and online conference materials, plus admission to Sunday, Monday and Tuesday sessions, the Saturday and Sunday receptions, and the Monday Night Event. The number of booth representative passes included with each exhibit/sponsor level can be found below.

  • Additional booth representative passes can be purchased for $350 each. Limit two additional passes per booth.
  • CLE Boot Camp and SIG lunches are separately priced.

Each exhibit company will receive a packet on-site that includes an upcoming ACLEA event brochure, current attendee list, and an area map.

Exhibit Space

Each exhibit space includes one (1) 6’ table, a table linen, one chair, and a wastebasket. Electricity will not be provided. We will send further information on how to purchase additional items through the hotel. We expect exhibit space to sell quickly. All sponsorship options will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

  1. Saturday Welcome Reception Sponsor:
    Exclusive sponsor of the Saturday Welcome Reception event. Includes signage at each bar and food station.
  2. Sunday Night Reception Sponsor (SOLD):
    Exclusive sponsor of the Sunday evening reception. Includes signage at the event.
  3. Monday Night Event Sponsor:
    Exclusive sponsor of the Monday evening event. Includes signage at the event, your company logo on the event tickets, and your company logo displayed at each of the food stations.


  1. Internet Sponsor (SOLD):
    Provide free WiFi for all conference attendees. Includes a customizable log-in screen and customized company password.
  2. Hotel Guest Room Key Sponsor (SOLD):  
    Exclusive sponsorship with company logo on all conference attendee room keys.
  3. Lanyards and Registration Badge Sponsor (SOLD):
    Exclusive sponsorship and company name on all conference attendee name badges and lanyards.
  4. Cocktail Sponsor (SOLD):
    Name a signature cocktail for the Saturday Welcome Reception. Sponsor may provide napkins and stir sticks.

    Exclusive sponsorship of meeting notepads. Includes logo on notepads.
  3. Conference Concierge Sponsor:
    Exclusive sponsor of the Conference Concierge (Info) Desk. Includes signage to be displayed at the desk through the duration of the event.
  4. Breakfast Sponsor:
    Exclusive sponsorship and company name on signage at the Sunday and Monday breakfasts.
  5. Break Beverage Sponsor:
    Ensure that conference attendees receive their morning or afternoon dose of caffeine during all Sunday and Monday exhibit breaks. Includes signage at the break.

Online registration requires credit card payment; ACLEA accepts American Express, Visa and Mastercard. If you want to pay by check, please download the form here. Payment is required prior to the event. If you want to join or renew your membership, please do so here or log into your profile to renew. Then return to register for the event. These will be two separate transactions. You can pay for both by downloading forms.

Registration and attendance at, or participation at association events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to association’s use and distribution of the registrant's or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Cancellation Policy

All Exhibitor/Sponsor cancellations received through July 1, 2019 will receive a 50% refund; cancellations received after July 1, 2019 will not receive a refund.
