The program registration fee includes conference materials, admission to Saturday and Sunday sessions; breakfast and break food each day along with the Saturday evening reception. The CLE Boot Camp course and all optional lunches are separately priced. We must receive payment for optional courses and lunches in advance of the conference to guarantee your reservation. Unless otherwise stated, all special event payments are nonrefundable after January 13, 2020.

Tickets to this event are included in your registration fee, but we ask that you RSVP. Guest tickets are available for $75.
ACLEA has a spouse/guest fee for attendance at ACLEA meetings by those not eligible for ACLEA membership. This is a restricted fee intended for family members. Any spouse/guest who is interested in networking with other spouses/guests as well as friends in ACLEA may pay a fee to cover the costs of food and beverage and attendance at some meetings. This $250 fee includes admission to Saturday and Sunday sessions; breakfast and break food each day; and the Saturday evening reception. This benefit is extended only to those spouse/guests who are not eligible for ACLEA membership. ANYONE CONSULTING WITH, OR EMPLOYED BY, AN ORGANIZATION ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP IN ACLEA IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS FEE.

Both members and nonmembers need to log in to register for events. If you are a member, login here. If you are a nonmember, you need to create a record in the system; we will require your first and last name, organization, email, username and password. Login here.
Online registration requires credit card payment; ACLEA accepts American Express, Visa and Mastercard. If you want to pay by check, please download the form here (available soon). Payment is required prior to the event. If you want to join or renew your membership, please do so here or log into your profile to renew. Then return to register for the event. These will be two separate transactions. You can pay for both by downloading forms.
To receive a registration refund, less a $50 processing fee, all cancellations must be received via this form by January 13, 2020 11:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. No refunds will be granted thereafter. No-shows will not be refunded. Registrations can be transferred to another person within your organization with the same membership status by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
