We ask that you select which sessions you plan to attend during registration. You can change your selections without notifying staff, this is for preliminary planning purposes only.

Registration Fees

The program registration fee includes access to online conference materials; admission to Saturday and Sunday sessions; breakfast and break food each day; and the Saturday evening reception. The CLE Boot Camp course and all optional lunches are separately priced. We must receive payment for optional courses and lunches in advance of the conference to guarantee your reservation. Unless otherwise stated, all special event fee payments are nonrefundable after January 11, 2019.

After a day full of enriching educational sessions, join us at the rooftop Valley Overlook at the Sheraton across the street for cocktails and refreshments. Tickets to this event are included in your registration fee, but we ask that you RSVP. Guest tickets are available for $25.

*Spouse/Guest Fee

ACLEA has a spouse/guest fee for attendance at ACLEA meetings by those not eligible for ACLEA membership. This is a restricted fee intended for family members. Any spouse/guest who is interested in networking with other spouses/guests as well as friends in ACLEA may pay a fee to cover the costs of food and beverage and attendance at some meetings. This $125/$175 fee includes admission to Saturday and Sunday sessions; breakfast and break food each day; and the Saturday evening reception. This benefit is extended only to those spouse/guests who are not eligible for ACLEA membership. ANYONE CONSULTING WITH, OR EMPLOYED BY, AN ORGANIZATION ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP IN ACLEA IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS FEE.

Both members and nonmembers need to log in to register for events. If you are a member, login here. If you are a nonmember, you need to create a record in the system; we will require your first and last name, organization, email, username and password. Login here.

Online registration requires credit card payment; ACLEA accepts American Express, Visa and Mastercard. If you want to pay by check, please download the form here (available soon). Payment is required prior to the event. If you want to join or renew your membership, please do so here or log into your profile to renew. Then return to register for the event. These will be two separate transactions. You can pay for both by downloading forms.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

All ticketed event payments are nonrefundable after January 11, 2019. Registration refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be given to registrants who cancel by 5:00 p.m. Central Time on January 11, 2019. No refunds will be granted thereafter.

PCI Compliance

Please do not email forms with credit card information. To protect your data and to comply with PCI standards, the ACLEA office will not accept emailed credit card information.

Photo/Audio/Video Release

Registration and attendance at, or participation at association events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to association’s use and distribution of the registrant's or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
