Join us in Montréal for our 53rd Annual Meeting

The ACLEA Annual Meeting is an intimate and exciting way to make long-lasting relationships that exponentially expand your business, with approximately 250 CLE professionals attending each year.

With members hailing from the U.S., Canada, and abroad, the continuing legal education professionals who attend this meeting include programming planners, editors, publication staff, executive directors, and other key decision makers from various state and provincial bars, national bars, local and specialty bars, and independent CLE companies. ACLEA attendees are loyal; over half have been to at least four ACLEA conferences and continue to come back!

The exhibit hall will be located in a vibrant, high traffic area with both breakfast and break stations available. The Saturday Welcome Reception will take place in the exhibit area with food, cocktails, and a relaxed atmosphere to encourage opportunities to engage with attendees. Exhibitors get more than six hours of time during the conference to connect and collaborate with future customers!

Exhibit booth representative passes include access to the meeting and online conference materials, plus admission to Sunday, Monday and Tuesday sessions, the Saturday and Sunday receptions, and the Monday offsite dinner event. The number of booth representative passes included with each exhibit/sponsor level can be found below.

  • Additional booth representative passes can be purchased for $350 each.
  • CLE Boot Camp, post- and preconference workshops, optional lunches and tours are separately priced.

Each exhibit company will receive a packet on-site that includes an upcoming ACLEA event brochure, current attendee list, and an area map.

Exhibit Space

Each exhibit space includes one (1) 6’ table, a table linen, one chair, and a wastebasket. Electricity and internet will not be provided. We will send further information on how to purchase these items through the hotel. We expect exhibit space to sell quickly. All sponsorship options will be sold on a first-come, firstserve basis.

    Exclusive sponsor of the Conference Concierge (Info) Desk. Includes signage to be displayed at the desk through the duration of the event.

Online registration requires credit card payment; ACLEA accepts American Express, Visa and Mastercard. If you want to pay by check, please download the form here. Payment is required prior to the event. If you want to join or renew your membership, please do so here or log into your profile to renew. Then return to register for the event. These will be two separate transactions. You can pay for both by downloading forms.

Registration and attendance at, or participation at association events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to association’s use and distribution of the registrant's or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Cancellation Policy

All Exhibitor/Sponsor cancellations received by July 1, 2017 will receive a full refund; cancellations received before July 1, 2017 will receive a 50% refund; cancellations received after July 1, 2017 will not receive a refund.
