Do you find that some of the meetings you attend, and hence some of your time, could be used in more productive ways? The American author Annie Dillard reminds us that, “how we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives.” If you answered “Yes!” to any of these three questions, you are not alone. If you are intrigued by the prospects of trading volume for value, you already appreciate the need for this workshop. Staff at all levels of organizations suffer from a perennial specter of time-scarcity. We all feel like there are not enough hours in the day to get everything done. On an organizational level, this workshop introduces frameworks and processes to save managers and executives one day a week, one week a month, and one month a year in unnecessary and unproductive meetings.
