TRAVEL ADVISORY INFORMATION

CDC Rescinds Order Requiring Negative Pre-Departure COVID-19 Test Prior to Flight to the US.

This means that air passengers no longer need to get tested and show the COVID-19 test result or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 prior to boarding a flight to the U.S. See the full announcement.

Top Reasons to Attend the ACLEA Annual Meeting:

  1. Learn about the latest industry changes to better your career. The Annual Meeting Planning Committee has put together a comprehensive program with attention to all interests for continuing legal education professionals. In addition, a Boot Camp training program is offered for those beginning their career or transitioning to new positions in CLE.
  2. Strengthen your network with industry leaders and your peers. The ACLEA Annual Meeting is a great place to meet with other continuing legal education professionals.
  3. Get inspiration for your business and your professional development by connecting with vendors, the presenters, and other attendees.

COVID-19 Protocols

At the Vancouver Annual 2022 Conference, the health and safety of attendees, speakers, and staff is ACLEA’s top priority. With this in mind, and due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the ACLEA Executive Committee is implementing the following additional safety protocols:

Vaccines:

All attendees and speakers must complete an attestation at the time of registration confirming that they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The final dose of the vaccine must be administered at least two weeks prior to the start of the conference.

Those who are not fully vaccinated must provide proof, at conference check-in, of a negative result from a COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to the conference.

Masks:

In accordance with CDC guidance, ACLEA strongly recommends that all attendees, speakers, and staff wear masks in public spaces, regardless of vaccination status.

All protocols remain subject to change and will be in accordance with jurisdiction guidance at the time of the conference.
