Greetings ACLEA Members,

The health, safety, and wellbeing of our members, staff, and community are very important to ACLEA. With that in mind the ACLEA Executive Committee (EC) made the difficult decision to transition the 2020 in-person Annual Meeting in Vancouver to a virtual event. For those excited about our trip to Vancouver – don’t worry, the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre will be the venue for our 2022 Annual Meeting.

We are grateful to our ACLEA colleagues who served on the Vancouver planning committee for their excellent work on the 2020 Annual Meeting agenda, which is filled with informative and valuable programming. o build on that work and ensure that our members continue to receive value from their membership, the planning committee and the EC are working on plans to convert content developed for the 2020 Annual Meeting to an online format. We will keep you informed as we finalize plans for a summer 2020 virtual event. Early plans look to hold the event on Monday, July 27 and Tuesday, July 28.

Thank you for your membership in ACLEA and your continued commitment to professional development. ACLEA is committed to providing resources to help you stay informed and navigate this rapidly changing landscape. The On-Demand Learning Center is the home to the new online discussion forum, resource library, recorded webinars and conference sessions, and more.
