Join us in Denver for our 60th Annual Meeting

The ACLEA Annual Meeting is an intimate and exciting way to make long-lasting relationships that exponentially expand your business, with over 200 CLE professionals attending each year.

The continuing legal education professionals who attend this meeting include programming planners, editors, publication staff, executive directors, and other key decision makers from various state and provincial bars, national bars, local and specialty bars, and independent CLE companies. ACLEA attendees are loyal; over half have been to at least four ACLEA conferences and continue to come back!

The exhibit hall will be located in a high traffic area with both breakfast and break stations located nearby. The Saturday Welcome Reception will take place in the exhibit area with food, cocktails, and a relaxed atmosphere to encourage opportunities to engage with attendees. Exhibitors get more than six hours of time during the conference to connect and collaborate with future customers!

Registration

Each exhibit booth representative pass includes access to the meeting and online conference materials, plus admission to Sunday, Monday and Tuesday sessions and the Saturday and Sunday receptions. The number of booth representative passes included with each exhibit/sponsor level can be found below.

• An additional booth representative pass can be purchased for $600. Limit one additional pass per booth.
• CLE Boot Camp and SIG lunches are separately priced.

Exhibit Space

Each exhibit space includes one (1) 6’ table, a table linen, one chair, and a wastebasket. Exhibit displays must fit within the 6ft exhibit space. If your display doesn’t fit within these dimensions, please contact taylorb@aclea.org. Electricity will not be provided. We will send further information on how to purchase additional items through the hotel. We expect exhibit space to sell quickly. All sponsorship options will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

*ACLEA member prices. Non-Members add $250 to all prices listed.
**Exhibitor — TWO Meetings includes 2024 Annual Meeting and 2025 Mid-Year Meeting.
*** An additional Booth Representative pass (maximum 1) can be purchased for $600. Passes allow representatives access to any meal functions in the exhibit space Sun-Tue, access to online conference materials, and attendance at conference sessions Sun-Tue.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All Exhibitor/Sponsor cancellations received by July 8, 2024 will receive a 50% refund; cancellations received after July 8, 2024 will not receive a refund.  View the full Exhibitor policies.

Registration Fees

The program registration fee includes conference materials, admission to Sunday, Monday and Tuesday’s sessions; breakfast and break food each day along with evening reception. The CLE Boot Camp course and SIG Lunches are optional lunches are separately priced. We must receive payment for optional courses and lunches in advance of the conference to guarantee your reservation. Unless otherwise stated, all special event payments are nonrefundable after June 30, 2024.

Colorado Rockies vs Boston Red Sox Baseball game at Coors Field. Guests are also welcome to purchase a ticket and attend! Limited to the first 60 people that sign-up. Registration will close on Tuesday, June 25th.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a registration refund, less a $50 processing fee, all cancellations must be received via the online form found at https://www.aclea.org/page/cancellation by June 30, 2024 11:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. No refunds will be granted thereafter. No-shows will not be refunded. Registrations can be transferred to another person within your organization with the same membership status by contacting  aclea@aclea.org.
